The challenge

High enquiry volume. Low conversion. Sales capacity burned on noise.

Park Origin was running paid campaigns that drove enquiries, but the sales team was spending roughly half their call time on buyers who were never going to close — speculative browsers, price-curious renters, wrong-country enquiries. The team needed a way to separate signal from noise before the calls started.
