Axccelerate global

Forty markets, one engineering team, and the arithmetic to back it

We build AI automation, agent systems and custom software from Singapore for enterprises across the Gulf, Europe and North America. Every region gets its own answer on compliance, cadence and contracting — because a single global claim is the one thing procurement never believes.

Singapore · UTC+840 markets

Forty markets across six regions, served from Singapore with offices in Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Jakarta.

Select your operating region

Each hub covers the working week, the regulatory regime and the delivery cadence that actually apply in that market — not the same page with the country names swapped.

Southeast Asia is where we actually sit

Offices in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Jakarta — real addresses, not a regional landing page. The hubs above are markets we serve; these are places you can visit.

What travels across every market

IP assigned outright, under a jurisdiction that enforces it

Singapore is consistently ranked at the top of Asian jurisdictions for intellectual-property enforcement, and Singapore-seated contracts are a well-tested vehicle for cross-border technology work. Everything we build — code, infrastructure-as-code, models, prompts, fine-tuning artefacts, evaluation sets — is assigned to you on payment. Not licensed back, not jointly held, not retained as reusable vendor IP.

The compliance answer before you have to ask for it

Every region has one question that decides whether a vendor gets past procurement. In Europe it is the transfer basis, because Singapore has no adequacy decision. In the Gulf it is which of the PDPL, DIFC or ADGM regimes governs you. In North America it is IP assignment and the state-privacy footprint. Each hub answers its own question in writing rather than claiming universal compliance.

A time-zone position we describe accurately

UTC+8 gives five hours of daily overlap with the Gulf, two to three with Central Europe, and effectively none with the US — which is why North America runs as an overnight cycle instead. We would rather publish the real arithmetic than claim a uniform window that falls apart the first time a prospect checks it against their own clock.
