Bali rental-yield investing, built for international buyers.

Estatelio offers fractional and full-ownership Bali property investments with projected yields between 13–22% — curated villas in Seminyak, Ubud, Canggu and Uluwatu. Their audience: alt-investment-curious buyers from across Southeast Asia and Europe who need enough proof, numbers and reassurance to commit to a cross-border investment.

The challenge

High-intent traffic. Flat consultation volume.

Paid traffic was arriving qualified. The drop-off happened on the landing page: a single hero, a single form, a single CTA shown to every investor regardless of source, deposit band or country. Test variants cycled roughly monthly, on editorial instinct, and returning visitors often saw the version that had already lost the previous test.

One page, every investor

Same hero, same proof, same form shown to Seminyak deposit-curious, to Ubud fractional buyers, to Canggu 5-year-hold investors. No source-level differentiation.

Variants on gut-feel

A/B cycles lasted 3–6 weeks, often ending before statistical confidence. Winners weren't promoted — next month a new editor-driven variant replaced everything.

No memory of what won

Returning visitors frequently landed on the losing variant from a prior test. Each session started fresh; nothing compounded.
